What l liked about the training content is that it’s very detailed. You highlight the part of the muscle that’s being worked and also how to target other parts. I also like how you set out the amount of sets and reps which helps if someone wanted to follow along. I also like the inspirational vids on your insta page man, helps motivate me and I’m sure a lot of others to be better.
Starting out at the gym was so scary for me but actually having you walking me through everything after just one session helped me gained so much confidence and feel so much better about starting!! And reading this eBook has given me a lot of knowledge how to train effectively
